Frequently Asked Questions
How many photos should I send?
The final video will be approximately 60 seconds long. Therefore, we suggest a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 photos for a well-balanced presentation.
How many words should the voiceover text be?
Please keep the text to between 120 and 130 words. For best results, the text should be 50 seconds long when read aloud at a normal pace (Note that the professional voiceover speaker will likely read at a slower pace than you). If the narrative is too long, we reserve the right to edit the text in order to fit it to the 50 second timeframe.
What file size/dimensions are accepted for the photos?
For best results, images should be 72 dpi and at least 1000 pixels on their longer sides. After you submit your photos, we will review them and send you a confirmation.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Orders can be placed securely through PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards. If you need to use an alternate payment method, please contact us
Will I be able to see a proof?
Yes. Once you place your order and submit your materials, you will be able to review a prelimenary proof for narrative accuracy and image placement within approximately 3-5 business days. One (1) round of revisions is included in the price.
Can I make more than one revision?
Yes. However, each revision after the first complimentary round will be charged a $50 revision fee before that adjustment can be made. Also, any adjustment made to the narrative after the professional voiceover has been recorded will be charged a re-recording fee of $75. Please note: Revision requests may result in extended turnaround times.
In what format will the final video be delivered?
The final video will be delivered as a Quciktime (.mov) video file compatible with PC and MAC. If another format is desired, a conversion fee may apply.
